In the fall of 2016 clinton Presbyterian Church volunteers planted the "Welcome to Clinton" signs with new azaleas and mums. In June of this year Garden State Growers added annuals and perennials.


In the spring of 2017 volunteers from the Church cleaned up a large area of Water Street Park. In early August CCG members cleared more branches from the park. On Labor Day weekend  Boy Scout Troop 21 and other volunteers planted Water Street Park. In November Gifs Scouts and other volunteers planted 2,000 bulbs and the Sierra Club planted a monarch waystation/butterfly garden at the far end of Water Street.
